  • Commissioning of an art piece will only grant personal use of your digital copy. In no way can you use the art piece to gain a profit (commercial use will be subjected to further pricing). You may repost commissioned art in a personal gallery, profile icons, and/or in your own graphics, with proper credit.

  • Payment must be sent via Paypal invoice only, in the full amount that is charged.

  • I reserve the right to use your commissioned artwork as brand promotional material unless under certain permitted conditions that would need to be discussed beforehand.

  • Clients will have a sketch WIP sent for review that may be altered as you please. Refunds are not permitted, for any reason, once the sketch has been given the OK, with exception of very specific and rare circumstances under my decision.

  • Any changes made to the final product, unless small mistakes made of my own fruition, will require an additional fee.

  • Commission prices are subject to change at any time and are not negotiable.

  • I reserve the right to turn down your commission for any reason.

  • I never, and will never, finish commissions within deadlines.

  • Full resolution files, including PSDs, must be kept to yourself or privately with friends.

  • You have no permission to remove any watermarks and it must stay visible even after adding your own changes to the final product, with the exception of profile icons on social media.
